A confidence monitor is widly popular among presenters and put simply it is a versitile way to display improtant information to the presenter. A confidence monitor is a video display, anywhere from 32” to 60” in size, that sits on the ground at the foot of the stage. This allows presenters on stage to see what slide is on the screen(s) without turning their backs to the audience.

Screens you say?!? Yes, thats right. You can synnchronize multiple screens to see, for example, 3 different slides in a slideshow.

Got a few notes for each slide? No problem! New powerpoint, song lyrics or even a timer? Piece of cake. Confidence monitors are your answer!

Many events now a days take questions from folks who aren’t physically in the room. Could be from a client watching a live stream, or someone on social media following along. Confidence monitors are a fabulous way to get these questions to stage. Wondering our process for corporate events? Our corporate event production includes technical design and planning, audio, video, and lighting equipment setup, recording, technical staffing and post production wrap up.

Step one, we meet (or schedule a call) with your team to develop the concept and goals for your event. Working within a budget? No problem, we are willing to work with you on pricing options. Next, we do a site visit! This is important in order for us to create a floor plan. Then, we will present the very best equipment and staffing solutions that best match your budget and the specifics of your event space.

Our team continues to work with you, once the event is confirmed, to schedule and coordinate rehearsals/deliveries. We’re also prepared to make any last minute adjustments to make your event a total success. AV team members operate audio, video, and lighting equipment while maintaining contact with you throughout the event!

Once the event is over we breakdown, pack, and remove all audio visual equipment, it’s like we were never there! Our AV team will help you edit and create clips to use in the future!
