We require a valid government issues photo ID as well as a major credit card for all rental pickups.  This is required for anyone picking up equipment even if they aren’t the ones that made the initial reservation.  Some equipment is not eligible for pickup and must be delivered, set up, and operated by a Fox Audio Visual technician.

A minimum of 50% is required as a down payment toward any equipment rentals, labor or dates.  Deposits are due as soon as the contract is confirmed. The remaining balance will be due at least 7 days before the event date unless other terms are agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event date will be offered a full refund on any payments made minus any processing fees or non-refundable expenses. All Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. Full Payment will be required for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date. No Show pickup rentals will be required to pay 50% of the rental booked.

All rental equipment is due back on the last Event Date listed on the contract.  Additional day(s) rental will be charged for every day the equipment is within the client(s) possession. Our normal office schedule is Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm. Call to make other arrangements if necessary.

Limitation of Liability – Client and Halosure LLC dba Fox Audio Visual waive any right to any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation punitive damages and third-party claims. In no event shall Halosure LLC’s liability exceed the fees paid by Client.

The client will be solely responsible for the content of the Client’s presentations. Client agrees to not use this Service in any unlawful manner. The client will be 100% responsible for obtaining permission to use any copywritten material including but not limited to movies, TV shows, music, website content. Any Legal issues that arise for content being displayed will directly be the client’s responsibility. We reserve the right to not display any offensive material at our discretion. The client may not display any copyrighted material, trademarks without obtaining prior consent to the owners of the rights.  We recommend using an authorized licensing source such as swank.com to secure the rights to show the content.

Established companies may quality to rent equipment without a Fox Audio Visual technician operator.  One of those qualifications is to have a current and valid COI.

• General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence. / $2,000,000 Aggregate
• Worker’s Comp with $1,000,000 per Employer’s Liability Limits
• Auto Liability with $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit

We offer discounts to venues, hotels and other meeting spaces that use exclusively utilize our audiovisual equipment and services.   These are negotiated in person and put into writing for both parties.  Please contact our company president, Steve Brown at 843-608-9473 x700 for more information.

Other production companies that fulfill the following requirements may apply for discounts up to 30% off and a 2-day week rate charge.  To qualify, the following must be met:

• The rental has been reserved with at least a 24 hour notice.
• The company has rented with us at least 4 times in the past 12 months with no issues, delays, or problems.
• The company has no outstanding balances due and has a history of paying on time.
• Equipment is consistently returned on time and in the same condition.
• Pickup and Returs occur during normal Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm business hours.

The discount amount will be added up based on the following:

• 10% – Everything listed above has been approved
• 10% – They have provided Fox Audio Visual with a valid COI
• 10% – Rental is paid in full at time of reservation
• 2 Day Week Rate if everything else above has been satisfied.
