Speaker Timers

Corporate conferences are often filled with some ultra heavy programming which require meticulous planning. You have general sessions, and you have breakout rooms, technical details may vary but level of importance does not. When speakers don’t ahdere to their time slot, the entire day can be derailed, complete with your programming out the window. Your audience gets bored and antsy, some folks even get up & leave to “make calls”.

Sometimes, however, a simple solution is the best one. Speaker timers are our go to remedy, and a reliable one at that! Your audio visual staff will likely not feel comfortable interrupting a speaker just to stay on schedule but if there is a timer in place, they wouldn’t need to!

Wondering our process for corporate events? Our corporate event production includes technical design and planning, audio, video, and lighting equipment setup, recording, technical staffing and post production wrap up.

Step one, we meet (or schedule a call) with your team to develop the concept and goals for your event. Working within a budget? No problem, we are willing to work with you on pricing options. Next, we do a site visit! This is important in order for us to create a floor plan. Then, we will present the very best equipment and staffing solutions that best match your budget and the specifics of your event space.

Our team continues to work with you, once the event is confirmed, to schedule and coordinate rehearsals/deliveries. We’re also prepared to make any last minute adjustments to make your event a total success. AV team members operate audio, video, and lighting equipment while maintaining contact with you throughout the event!

Once the event is over we breakdown, pack, and remove all audio visual equipment, it’s like we were never there! Our AV team will help you edit and create  clips to use in the future!
